In 2008, SkyCharts was the first aviation app for offline aviation chart usage for pilots developed for iOS devices.
As I greatly enjoy both aviation and programming, I wanted to provide a low-cost solution to the community. The subscription basically helps defray the compute and storage costs to maintain this app – I make little-to-no profit on this app.
